"When arrived at 18:30 (instead of 18:00) the host said he has already gone and i forced to pass all the night inside of my car:((((. Trying to cancel that terrible booking hasn’t succeeded as well because host didn’t response and hotels.com hasn’t managed to complete that. If you feel like paying 160$ for entertain yourself all the night inside your car - book that place."

"Beautiful hotel, located close to the sea and easy to access the town of Taormina in minutes by cable car. The hotel owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, leaving personalised recommendations as well as small gifts including wine on arrival. The breakfast was perfect every morning. Looking forward to returning soon."

"The owner welcomed us on arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel. We were given a free wine as a gift from the hotel which was very delicious. The room was clean and the view was nice. The hotel was close to bus station and located close to main attractions. Everything was comfortable and clean and we had a pleasant stay. "We spent an idyllic week at Residence Terra Rossa in April. We found the landscaped gardens inside the gated property to be delightfully peaceful with beautiful views of the coast below. The manager was extremely helpful with directions and information ahead of our arrival, making our late evening arrival and self check-in very smooth and stress free.
