"Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing atmosphere for their trip."

"Our family of four loved staying here. Maurizio and his staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The home cooked traditional meals were delicious, our rooms were immaculate, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The large, clean pool was fabulous after active days visiting the Etna region. We went out in the local town for dinner once and can really recommend it. Thank you!"

The views are absolutely breathtaking—located on an hill above the coastline, with sweeping vistas that feel like they belong in a postcard. The hotel itself was stunning, combining classic elegance with warm, welcoming charm. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service—especially from Joshua. He immediately took care of us, upgrading our room without hesitation and personally arranging dinner reservations and all of our excursions. Thanks to him, everything ran smoothly and stress-free, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. Joshua’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors—he was a key part of making our experience so memorable.
