The villa has a private large outdoor area made of garden and terrace which together covers over 500 square meters; the garden feature a private swimming pool of 10x5 mt. depth 1.40 mt. with a jacuzzi corner; it is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for shade, next to the building is a terraced patio with a barbeque and large table with chairs where to organize al fresco meals.

Villa Mastrissa inside covers over 250 square meters and develops into three floors; at the ground floor is a large living room, dining area with equipped kitchen, one bathroom with tub, one bedroom with private bathroom with shower. on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms with shower; at the lowest floor there is an open space with a double bed and bathroom with shower.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights;
7 nights from 21 June to 29 August and from 20 December to 10 January
from 19 July to 22 August changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 150 (to pay on arrival).
Early check out Euro 50,00
A security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
