"A spacious and well appointed apartment within the Villa. The views from the terrace are spectacular and overlook the Giardini Naxos bay all the way to the Cape of Taormina. From the terrace of the main bedroom there is also a wonderful view of Mt Etna in all her glory. The apartment itself is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, hairdryer, bbq crockery Ian’s cutlery) and there wasn’t anything that we needed to ask...

"The property is dripping with charm inside and out. The views are magnificent and the hot tub is an added treat. The owners are very involved and helpful. There is a lot of attention to detail. The location was ideal to tour this side of Sicily ."

"Villa Emma is just as described, beautiful!! The house was perfect and the pool was our favorite hang out spot. It is nestled among 4,000 orange trees with a view of the sea and Mt Aetna. The location made it very easy to see sites. Would recommend and can’t wait to bring my kids back!!!"

"There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). "Beautiful property with exquisite views of Taormina and Etna. On our last night we had quite a show of Etna erupting in the night sky. The house is perfect for a multigenerational family with separate living spaces and then large communal spaces. Daniel and Raphael are great hosts with connections to drivers and private chefs. "This past visit July 2025 will mark our third consecutive summer stay at this gem of a hotel. We continue to enjoy the spacious accommodations and friendly staff. Like a sightly faded beauty, this 50 something year old hotel certainly can use an update , and we have been advised that is in progress. However you cannot beat the spaciousness and slightly faded grandeur of this beautiful property. The hotel is situated on what I believe to be one the ‘most’ gorgeous and picturesque of the entire Taormina area. The private grotto beach and pool areas are spectacular as is the view of Mount Etna from the buffet breakfast terrace. "

"The most important from this property is the staff. Mr. Mario was always on top of everything, he is very professional on his duty. Super educated person and very kindly with my kids. His son was super friendly when we arrived late night too and super generous to help with the bags. The last on recepción very kind too and helpful to find me a spot to park calling from her cellphone. The staff for breakfast Ms Sylvia very kind and professional on her job, super friendly and attentive. Mateo also aware of everything. Very pleasant our stay here feels like home. 🏠 "
