La Bonne Planque is totally unique. Staying here was one of the best experiences we have had on our Europe trip. The setting right on the canal was beautiful and the perfect stop for cyclists on the Canal du Midi. Our host made us feel so welcome. We had delicious local food and wine for our evening meal and a lovely breakfast.

We loved the location on the side of the beautiful canal. The host was wonderful. The breakfast was just enough to get us going in the morning. You just need to realize the building is very old and the rooms would not be 5 stars. Everything was spotless and we had a good night’s sleep.

this is a great location set in beautiful country side .great host she toke the trouble to come and get us when the satnav could not find the location .lovely evening meal and breakfast.really nice people

48 heures de rêve au bord du canal du Midi.

C'est la deuxième fois que je descends à la bonne Planque. Le cadre et l'accueil y sont exceptionnels. L'établissement a changé de propriétaire entretemps mais l'âme de la maison est resté la même. J'ai autant apprécié mon deuxième séjour que le premier. Les chiens bien éduqués et sociabilisés y sont les bienvenus. J'ai pu longer le canal du Midi avec mon toutou et cela laisse des souvenirs inoubliables. La PLANQUE est devenu mon port d'attache à Castelnaudary. Merci pour les 48 heures passées chez vous.

A la recherche d'une ambiance originale....

Si vous en avez marre des hotels sans âme, qui se ressemblent tous et sont dans les zones industrielles... alors descendez à la Bonne planque au bord d'une écluse du canal du midi. Le cadre est magique, le service se fait avec une gentillesse naturelle et les glaces à tomber par terre. Bref, j'y reviendrai...

La propriétaire nous a parfaitement accueillis, présente, discrète, efficace. Nous avons retenu l'option cassoulet au dîner car beaucoup d'établissements sont fermés le lundi et cela nous a permis de rester sur place. Merci ! Par contre nous avons trouvé le plat de cassoulet avec saucisse de Toulouse et un petit manchon de canard à 25€ vraiment excessif. En tout cas une étape à recommander !!

Non c’è’ aria condizionata ma un ventilatore, ed il wc (privato) era fuori dalla nostra camera. Ma qui tutto è’ un concentrato di charme, curato e pulito, sulla riva del Canal di Midi, dove siamo stati bene e sicuramente torneremo se ripasseremo da queste parti. Abbiamo anche cenato bene. Prezzi più’ che onesti.
