We arrived tired from a long cycle and had to look at an email to find the code to the door to get in. No person on site after that for 2 hours.... Good location but very basic rooms and high price compared to other nearby properties. We rented relatively last minute and it was one of our few available options....

Not to our taste.

Accommodation not to my taste. Was led to believe it was a small hotel with restaurant but no evening food available even though we asked for it. Style of room was eclectic and functional only. I wanted to move on but partner had done a lot of driving and needed to stop.

Överraskande bra och prisvärt boende.

Mycket prisvärt och trevligt boende i lugnt och fridfullt område. Speciell karaktär med några hönor som vandrar omkring i trädgården. Värdinnan trevlig och tillmötesgående. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Deze accommodatie is fantastisch gelegen aan het grand bassin. Het huis is met veel liefde, kleurrijk ingericht. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt royaal, opgediend in de prachtige tuin. Er is een prima plek om fietsen te stallen. Kortom: een ideale plek om te overnachten tijdens bv. een fietstocht langs het Canal du Midi.Castelnaudary is een onverwacht mooie stad; een aanrader!

Superbe vue sur le plan d'eau. Décoration agréable dans la chambre, spacieuse et bouilloire à dispo avec thé et café. Très bonne literie !! Ca change des lits des chaînes hôtelières et des oreillers plats lol Petit déjeuner a la demande, rien à redire. Seul petit bémol, il faisait un peu frais dans la chambre. Hotesse accueillante. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble même si je n'ai pas visité la ville. Dommage car l'emplacement est parfait.

L'accueil a été assez froid. l'hôtesse plutôt accaparée par ses confitures. Je ne sais pas de qui cela relève mais mon mari et moi-même avons été surpris de ce que l'hôtesse nous demande un supplément de 15€ pour le lit de notre fils alors que cela avait été bien spécifié dans notre demande que c'était une chambre pour 3 personnes et que nulle part ce supplément n'a été indiqué. Ni sur les documents apposés dans la chambre, ni sur les documents que vous m'avez envoyé. Elle ne m'a pas donné de récépissé me disant qu'elle me l'enverrait! Bon rapport qualité prix

Castelnaudary était une des étapes de notre rando à vélo entre Agen et Carcassonne. Nous avons séjourné au Grand Bassin (chambres d'hôte) au bord du lac du même nom le long du canal du midi. Garage à vélo fermé, très bon accueil, maison propre,chambre spacieuse et agréable, wifi, TV.
