This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have...

In the center of old Verona! Welcome was outstanding. We recommend it. Driving is a challenge in the old City but can be handled with GPS. We chose the vlet parking as the car is not needed in the old City

Very, very nice. Nicest hotel I've stayed in for quite some time. One minute walk from train station. Easy walk to the lake or center of town. Comfortable lobby. Modern, clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom with good shower. Breakfast can be improved a bit. But overall, five stars from me.

We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.

This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet ’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was a wonderful size. Super comfortable bed and bathroom had...

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.
