don't go there
plot where this house is located is horrible. Just under a high tension line (which is of course not called out in the description). My wife being very sensible with that, it had already been a not nice at all experience. On top, neighbours above shouted like hell from 11pm to later than midnight. To finish, I've alerted the ower of a flood in another flat. If I wouldn't have done that, her 3 flats would have been destroyed. What was the thank you? A simple thank you (with lots of noise over night...). I guess a small bottle of wine would have been appropriate as I've avoided her huge costs. If I highlight all that, you're not informed of very severe rules in place in this house that has 4 flats. No noise after 10pm or you might be moved out of the premise. Weirdly, this did not happen to the people who had this huge fight overnight that even awakened my aslept kids.
On a cleaning stand point, looks ok, but as soon as you go naked feet, you realize how the ground is dirty. Our feet were black after 5 min.
All in all, go away from this rentals.
