"Brand new rooms conveniently located. The staff was excellent. Simona at the front desk set up incredible dinners for us in Sienna and an outstanding wine tasting at winery. Incredibly helpful, knows all the best places and was really fun. The rooms are new and there are really nice walking trails in a private woods. Lovely place and Simona and Lilianna helped us have a wonderful visit to Sienna. "

"Lovely family stay in a well serviced resort. Choice of restaurants and pools were good. Staff helpful. The chalet could have had a few more basics as not even a cloth at the sink to use. Also, a few things were more expensive than you thought… mini golf expensive and the buffet is pricey so you have to be very hungry to get your moneys worth! The staff work hard and it’s a happy place to relax and enjoy the beach. "

"Great: free bike hire, this was just super and we used them every day! Not-so great: free parking is public parking and not just for the apartments so on a busy weekend you might not get a space. Rubbish - you must take every piece of rubbish out of the apartment to the local bins. If you are mobility impaired this could be a challenge."

"In a room with my family, 3 childeren. In front of music enertainment until late in the night!!! 5 nights bad/ No sleep, poor beds, very simple room, huge price / quality difference. You can follow the movie of the neighbours TV!! And everything else!! Horrible. Reception promises but do not deliver. Never ever will I visit Pian Dei Mucini resort again. The reservation said 6 beds, and it was actually 2 with a couch pull out. The pictures look alot better than the grounds."
