"The hotel has comfortable beds. Staff serving breakfast was very friendly. We asked ahead of time if we can store bikes. They agreed but charged 10 euros per bike a day. We learned about the charges only after checking out and saw 200 euros for parking. "

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Piumaviola sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war das Maria Luigia und es war sehr geräumig. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer riesig. Wir haben uns sehr über die Pflanzen gefreut und fanden dies eine nette Abwechslung zu anderen Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr sinnvoll für Reisende ausgestattet.
