"An sich war es sehr schön. Leider gab es in der Dusche nur selten warmes Wasser und wenn dann war der Wasserdruck im ganzen Haus schlagartig weg. Zudem war die angegeben mit alle Räume sind klimatisiert und es gibt WLAN falsch. Wir hatten für die Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren und es steckte ein Router im Wohnzimmer doch uns wurde kein Passwort gesagt. Die Aussicht war ein Traum. Der Pool war ganz ok. "This location in Vernazza is truly one of a kind. The hike up to the tower is worth it every time. Porters carried our bags up to the tower which was a wonderful perk. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 nights here. We couldn't get enough of the outside patio and view any time of day. Filled with little Italian trinkets and decor it was very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone."

"Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff . The breakfasts were great , with plenty of choice . The only negative is the fact you have to pay €8 for a swimming cap for the indoor pool , considering what they charge per night for the accommodation, which is a poor show in my opinion. Also there are no sun loungers , or chairs for you to relax around the pool . So we took the hint . Secure parking is available at an eye watering €30 a day , we took the on street parking, just outside the hotel which is a more respectable €10 a day . There is a beach club across from the hotel where you get a slight discount, but if you have children as well , it could become quite expensive."

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

Hotel is perfectly situated on the beachfront and the staff from reception to dining and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful and professional.
