"Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Suzanna on reception was very helpful on phone regarding parking (which was tricky) as well as an enthusiastic welcome when we appeared! Dinner in the restaurant was very good as was the breakfast, with a spectacular view. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"

"**Wonderful Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location**We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to enjoy the area. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for three women traveling together.The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver, especially with the unusually high temperatures during our visit. It kept the house cool and comfortable the entire time.The host was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the stay even easier and more enjoyable. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others."

"This hotel is a gem if you want a slow weekend in the country. This area is stunning. The hotel is so charming, the hotel is situated right in the middle of the horse stud in beautiful historic buildings. There are birds everywhere so just lovely place to relax and listen to them. Rooms were lovely. I came with two young children and the indoor pool is the best we’ve been to. The pool was a perfect temperature and the room was heated so quite relaxing. I took riding lessons which was a highlight. Every staff member was so friendly and kind. We stayed on the property almost the entire trip but did go to marvao castle which is spectacular and a can’t miss. "
