"We had three generations staying and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for all of us with well appointed bathrooms. We loved the outside kitchen and pool. Only improvement could be even more soft chairs outside as we loved spending our time in the beautiful garden."

"Lovely clean property and owners went out of their way to welcome us and help make our holiday special. Great setting in view of the sea in an unspoilt part of Portugal. Only a short drive to the city delights of Porto (I recommend parking in Matosinhos and catching public transport or the hop-on buses) and Viana do Castelo worth a visit."

"It was a very nice stay. Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable home nice shared green space. The beach and board walk was great and led to awesome restaurants in both directions. The only down side is it is a little isolated with out a car but there is a bus near by and taxis are available and under 10 euros to get to town "

"Not enough stars to give this property, a clear 100%. It is in immaculate condition, owners greeted us and super helpful. They were nearby but did not intrude. Ground floor cinema was a win in the evening but there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pool area was beautiful, bathrooms inside were spotless, I could go on all day. AMAZING PROPERTY AND LOCATION, IS A MUST VISIT!"

"L’endroit est bien situé pour visiter la région de Porto et beaucoup plus calme que la ville. Vila do Conde est un site très moderne au bord de la mer. La maison offre toute les commodités nécessaires. Toutefois la grande salle de bain à l’étage n’est pas pratique. Le manque de chaleur fait en sorte que la maison était humide et froide. La propriétaire a remédié à la situation en nous offrant du chauffage en soirée. Jolie maison qui aurait été parfaite avec du chauffage et un meilleur entretien."

"A nossa estadia na casa de férias foi incrível! Éramos um grupo de 9 pessoas e todos nós adoramos a experiência. A casa era espaçosa o suficiente para acomodar todos confortavelmente, com quartos amplos e bem decorados. A cozinha estava bem equipada, o que facilitou a preparação das refeições em grupo. Além disso, a área de estar era acolhedora e convidativa, perfeita para relaxar juntos depois de um dia de atividades. A localização também era conveniente, com fácil acesso a praias e atrações...

"We were blessed with the weather and had a week enjoying the fantastic pool and outside kitchen at this very well stocked villa. The kids were in the water all day while the grownups hung around and enjoyed the picturesque surroundings. We had a BBQ every night and sat outside to eat all our meals. The pool table, table tennis, darts and other games made for a great week long competition for all our guests; from the 5 year old through to my 70 year old father. We go away as a family every year...

"This is a fabulous home - so cosy and welcoming. Very well equipped, quiet and peaceful. The pool is heated and a really good size my kids loved it. Fruit trees all round the garden - it’s so lush and lovely. A 5 minute walk to the river bridge, a half hour walk to Praia de Antas where there are miles of golden sand. Would highly recommend - though would rather keep this a secret to ourselves. :)"

"Tiago kindly provided everything we needed for our stay and was on hand to help when asked. The house is large, really lovely and well equipped. The small town of Caminha is nice to visit and there was plenty nearby to keep us occupied, including some beautiful beaches."

"Overall a nice property, however the outdoor area is very dangerous. The tiles around the pool is very slippery when wet, the edge of the pool very sharp. We had a couple of injuries in the week we spent there. We stopped using the pool and outdoor shower altogether because it is so dangerous. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this house is not for you."

"This is a good property close to a lovely Atlantic beach that is good for surfing and body boarding. The property is secluded and there is a lovely pool that you share with one other property. The kitchen is sufficient for self catering and there is a supermarket close by. The location is good for exploring North Portugal, including the Lima Valley and the Miho boarder towns. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this property."
