A very tranquil setting in the mountains of Isernia. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom fixtures were all in good condition. Unfortunately the design of the shower doors in my room did not allow access to the shower. Whilst most hotel bathrooms in Italy are tight the doors should allow access to wash your body.

We were there 2 nights with a toilet that took half hour to reload with water. I told the front desk when we arrived but they did nothing about it. Outdated old smelly hotel.

L'hotel è classificato come 4 stelle, ma deve rivedere qualcosa. Di positivo c'è sicuramente la sua posizione, situata sulla statale da Isernia a Campobasso e attaccata al santuario di Castelpetroso. Molto buona e variegata la colazione, cn prodotti sia freschi che confezionati, ma di marche anche conosciute. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Di contro c'è che la tv poteva essere un po' più grande, perché una 22 pollici, vista dal letto, da una distanza di circa 2 metri, non è il massimo, oltretutto, messa sulla scrivania e nemmeno appesa al muro. Un'altra cosa che da non poco fastidio, ma ahimè, la struttura è adibita anche a questo, sono le cerimonie che si protraggono fino a notte fonda. Io personalmente ne ho beccata una, e stando al primo piano, sentivo oltre che la musica, persino la gente che ballava, quindi, su questa cosa, dovete essere anche un po' fortunati a non beccarne nessuna, o almeno, a soggiornare in un piano più alto!!! Nel complesso la struttura è perfetta per chi deve muoversi per andare in giro per borghi e ristoranti, ma per il resto si dovrebbe rivedere qualcosa.

Confort e tranquillità.....a buon prezzo...!!!!

E' una gran bella struttura, ma quando sei in giro per lavoro non puoi fare il turista. Le camere sono molto luminose e grandi con un comodo bagno. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa con tanto verde e di sicuro ci ritornerò come turista con mia moglie, per poter usufruire della SPA - delle piscine (interna ed esterna) ed anche del centro massaggi. Arrivederci a presto..!!!!
