Beautiful hotel with excellent service, views and food! The beds were super comfortable and the views are breathtaking! I would absolutely stay here again!

The Albion Mountain Spa Resprt was absolutely spectacular. Lovely staff from reception to restaurant. The grounds were clean and stunning. Rooms well equipped and beautiful views. The inclusion of aperitifs and bike excursions was a plus. The massage had at the spa was wonderful. Thank you Albion Mountain Resort we loved our stay with you. We will be back.

Great hotel in Ortisei for staying with kids

Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.

Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10

Weekend fantastico in val Gardena

Abbiamo preso la camera per una notte, la stanza molto bella pulita e spaziosa. Centro benessere molto bello con piscina riscaldata all’aperto molto bella. Unica pecca l’acqua non caldissima. Inoltre segnalo il servizio di guida trekking che ci ha portato alla scoperta delle alpi di siusi assolutamente da provare.

Almost everything was outstanding, the check-in process, the room, the spa, the staff, the location and the views. Personally we found one thing could be improved: the food. We only ate there one night and even though the choices were reasonable, the execution left a lot to be desired. Most of the time less is more. With that says, we would stay at this property over and over again. Quasi tutto era perfetto, dal check-in alle camere, dallo staff alla spa, dalla posizione alla vista. Abbiamo trovato il cibo non di nostro gradimento. Ci sono molte (forse troppe) scelte e l’esecuzione lascia a desiderare (almeno per i nostri gusti). Cibo a parte, è un posto dove vorremmo tornare ogni volta che possiamo.

Das Hotel .ist punkto Lage, Service, Verpflegung, Freundlichkeit und Möglichkeiten wirklich TOP. Der einzige kleine Schwachpunkt war die Lage des Zimmers, direkt an den Fenstern der Küche. Ab 1/2 7 uhr früh war man bei offenen Fenstern live dabei, bei den Frühstücksvorbereitungen der Küche. Zimmer 115 ist im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen, aber sonst wirklich alles Extraklasse.

Очень уютный, комфортный отель. Прекрасный бассейн. Еда в ресторане на завтрак и ужин для гурманов. Номер был супериор-эко - просторный номер с зоной отдыха и балконом. Красивый вид на горы. Летом нет трансфера, как зимой, но рядом остановка, часто ходят автобусы, без проблем доезжали до Ортизеи. Wifi хороший, смотрели фильмы.Все было очень красиво и здорово. Спасибо персоналу за комфортный отдых!

Wunderschöner Kurzaufenthalt

Wundbarer Aufenthalt - leider war ich nur 1 Nacht wg. Geschäftsreise aber ich werde meinen nächsten Urlaub dort verbringen. Super Anlage mit Sauna und unvergesslichem Ausblick vom Pool. Ich hatte HP gebucht und wurde wirklich mit tollen Speisen verwöhnt.Personal ist sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich speziell Sarah kümmerte sich um alle Belange ohne etwas sagen zu müssen.

Sono stata con mia figlia in questo meraviglioso Hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite junior davvero spaziosa , arredata con gusto e soprattutto pulita. La Spa è magnifica e le foto non rendono ciò che gli occhi hanno visto. Un angolo di paradiso dove rilassarsi. La cena era ottima e di qualità servita da uno staff attento alle particolari esigenze e molto gentile. La colazione era abbondante sia salata che dolce con particolare attenzione alla genuinità dei prodotti. L hotel mette a disposizione un servizio navetta che ti porta in centro o alle piste da sci. Colgo l occasione per ringraziare e salutare Navi .. un simpaticissimo signore che ci ha accompagnato in centro. Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere le vacanze in questa meravigliosa struttura gestita da personale gentile. Spero proprio di ritornarci ! 💑

Hotel sehr schön, insbesondere der Spa Bereich mit den Saunen und dem Außenpool. Auch des Restaurant war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Abendessen war eher mittelmäßig und die Zimmer nicht sehr gemütlich, vor allem im Vergleich zu dem Rest des Hotels.

ホテル自体もとても良かったがハーフボードの夕食が特に素晴らしかった

BolzanoからOrtiseiに行くバスに乗れば乗り換え無しでホテルの目の前まで行けました。 予約した別館の部屋は部屋の大きさは普通で、バスルームはダブルシンクになっていてシャワーブースのみでしたが湯量、水圧共に問題なく、部屋、バスルーム共に清潔でした。 別館はエレベーターが無いので階段を上がる必要がありますが、スーツケースはスタッフに運んでもらえました。 このホテルは英語も全く問題なく通じるしスタッフのサービスもよても良いです。 ハーフボードのプランで泊まりましたが夕食の質が素晴らしく、丁度宿泊日のビュッフェは海鮮の日でしたがビュッフェにシーバスやロブスターやホタテ貝といった高級食材もあって山の中とは思えない位新鮮な状態で味も素晴らしかったです。ビュッフェ+3コースという構成でビュッフェもメインもデザートも美味しかったのでハーフボード付きにしようかどうか迷っているなら絶対にハーフボード付きのプランで泊まるべきだと思います。 自動ドアで仕切られている室内と室外を行き来出来る温水プールもあり、室外プールはインフィニティプールになっていてホテル全体のセンスも良かったです。 チェックアウト後に路線バスが来る時間までロビーで待たせてくれた上、コーヒーまでサービスで振る舞ってくれたりとても素晴らしいホテルでした。
