Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic. The safe was tiny you can't fit an iPad or small laptop and you need to ask reception for the key. The mini bar had 4 drinks in total incl 3 soft. There were no glasses in the room. No kettle. TV does not have English channel. There were extra pillows in the wardrobe but without pillow cases. Toiletries were sachets. 2 of 3 lightbulbs were gone. The telephone didn't work. There isn't a dinning restaurant, nor a bar to chill. You have to carry the the hotel front door key as well as room key if you return after 11pm as there isn't a 24 hr reception. All in all this hotel does not offer 4* standards. Staff did try to fix most things if you catch them in person (telephone didn't work). Breakfast at the roof top offers great view and breakfast option was good.

Deceiving and Disappointing

This place could be great, but it just isn’t. The promo picture shows that outside dining deck with that spectacular view. The problem is that deck and view is only open for the breakfast buffet. That’s it. They don’t have a restaurant for any other meals, nor is it open for guests to sit and have drinks for the rest of the day. Complete waste. There’s also a bar downstairs that also has a great view, but there’s no one there to run it. The same person who works the front desk would get you a drink. If you get one of the rooms with a view, I guess it’s ok. We didn’t get one of those. Our room had a window with a view of an air conditioning unit. Additionally, the room was old. The doors scraped against the floor when opened and the bracket that holds the shower handle was also broken. The bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Es ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel, dafür fehlt zuviel, die Dusche viel zu klein. Das Frühstück naja. Das Personal ist freundlich. Bei einem 4 * Hotel erwarte ich Hilfe mit den Koffern, keine Parkplätze und wenn man eine gefunden har, wird man von den Nachbarn dumm angemacht. Es ist extrem hellhörig, wenn der Nachbar um 1.00 Uhr duscht, duscht man mit. Eine Toilette mit Holzdeckel, sehr hygienisch.. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher, was es nicht muss, aber die Betten wurden nur gemacht, nicht frisch bezogen. Die Ablagen im Bad wurden nicht geputzt, der Spiegel auch nicht.Der Ausblick war toll, aber teuer erkauft.Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum total durch gesessen, , es gehrt einiges renoviert.

4 Star rating very out of date...

Clean but very tired. Shower was claustrophobic and holder was broken so you needed to hold the shower head to do your hair (or very little hair in my case). The view from the breakfast room is awesome (as per the picture) but it's 100% self service and you have to be there early to get a seat with the view. I had a city view room as there was no other option but actually I had a view of wall masked with a banner showing a view of the harbour so "fake harbour" view would have been a more accurate description. Staff friendly and helpful on both check in and check out.

Hotellet hade ett bra centralt läge, och vi hade vacker utsikt mot havet från vår balkong.Badrummet var docki stort behov av renovering. Toalettsitsen var spurcken på flera ställen. Duschställningen ramlade ner när en av oss skulle duscha. Vi skulle inte klassa hotellet som 4 stjärnigt. Max 3 stjärnor. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten bra, men de hann inte fylla på faten med pålägg i den takten som gästerna kom tyvärr. Vi fick säga till. Fin utsikt från balkongen vid frukosten! Hotellet ligger centralt bra till i fantastiska Castelsardo.

Although we arrived very late Anna the receptionist was very helpful and proved to be excellent all week. All the staff were really pleasant. Breakfast on the terrace was great with the wonderful view. We were disappointed with the shower which was so small there was little room to turn around in. The bar was only available if you asked at reception. Overall in our view we would recommend 2 stars would be nearer the mark.

Hat, erdekes egy hotel. Autoval mentunk, parkolojuk nincs (minden nap vadaszni kellett a parkolot).Takarito nenik aranyosak, de miert kell minden reggel ratorni az emberre az ajtot? A recepciosok nagyon jo fejek, segitokeszek. A szoba nagy, a furdoszoba is nagy, de a zuhany rohejesen kicsi... es sajnos hangos a szoba. Elotte megy az ut, mindenki ott huzatja a motorjat, felhallatszik nagyon a zaj. Sajnos tulertekelt a hotel.

Schneller CheckIn, trotz sehr später Anreise. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war soweit super, nur das Bad ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche war viel zu klein und das WC stand genau vor der Dusche.

Tres bien situé , l’hôtel nous a surpris avec sa vue exceptionnelle ! La plage à proximité est tres bien ! Lhotel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais le cadre est tellement beau qu’on en oublie le reste ! Nous avons tres bien dormis dans une literie de bonne qualité.

En jättebesvikelse. Bilderna motsvarar definitivt inte verkligheten. Läget på hotellet uruselt. Havsutsikt men vid samhällets mest trafikerade gata vilket var hemskt. Katastrofalt dåligt med parkeringsplatser. Bilparkering saknas för hotellets gäster. Staden måste vara Sardiniens mest ocharmiga stad. En bröllopsdag i moll. Åk inte hit!

Lo mejor: Desayuno en Atico con vistas Castelsardo. Y vistas habitación Lo peor: En los Standares de España seria un 3*, hace falta actualizar sanitarios, tapa retrete al menos., y la mampara de baño...ya muy trasnochada.
