Very nice holiday apartment with sea view and sun terrace

Holiday apartment in a peaceful location in Lu Bagnu with one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. Welcome to our holiday apartment "La Casa del Mare" in Lu Bagnu near Castelsardo. The holiday apartment is located in a newly built house with altogether five holiday apartments. The apartment has a private parking space, there is a small lawn in front of the house. The apartment is about 60 m² (plus terrace) and has a/c (is used as heating during the winter). There is also a washing machine available. The house is located in a peaceful location on the end of a street on a hill from which you can enjoy a stunning view of the "Golfo di Asinara". It is only 500 m to the beach. Also shops (bakery, supermarket, fish stores, bar, restaurants) are within walking distance. We speak German and Italian. You can ask us questions at any time and contact us with wishes or worries.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht

Wir waren im September für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Innenausstattung (besonders das Bad und die Küche) ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Der Strand und der Ortskern sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man sollte aber nicht ohne Auto anreisen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut, besonders auch weil sie sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lits simples alors que l’on voulait des doubles, pas de four pour cuire poisson et viande, juste un babecue inutilisable a cause du vent et de la pluie. Volets bruyants ainsi que chiens du voisinage.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub sehr genossen in dieser Ferienwohnung! Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Alles ist (teilweise nach Absprache) vorhanden: Handtücher, Bettwäsche bis hin zu einer Küche mit Salz, Pfeffer, Handtüchern etc. Ich würde selbst gerne wiederkommen und die Ferienwohnung an Paare und kleine Familien weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeber/ Vermieter kann man ganz einfach per WhatsApp kontaktieren und sind beide sehr sehr lieb. Ich

Sehr angenehm. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick direkt auf die Felder/Hügel und auch auf Lu Bagnu und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Alles hat bestens funktioniert.

Wunderbare Zeit

Eine großzügige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Aber nicht nur der Meerblick, sondern auch der ungestörte weite Blick ins Land ist wunderbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren über einen längeren Zeitraum da und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wohnung in lu Bagnù

Das Haus sowie die Wohnung hat einen Sanierungsbedarf. Wenn man kochen möchte, ist man mit dem alten Elektroherd beschränkt. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen mini billig Grill ohne Kohle zur Verfügung. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, man muss sogar für Bettwäsche und Handtücher nachzahlen. Die Lage ist zwar super, die Aussicht wunderschön aber die Wohnung in sich nicht so besonders. Wenn man beim Nacht ankommt oder geht, gibt es draußen und am Haus keine Beleuchtung, man braucht eine Taschenlampe. Ich finde es sehr schade, da es nicht viel investition kostet, um eine einladende Wohnung daraus zu machen.

Lu Bagnu flat

Der Aufenthalt war großartig. Die Vermieter holten uns in Lu Bagnu ab und führten uns zur Wohnung. Frau und Herr Mangiarotti waren sehr freundlich und versorgten uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Aber der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse war der Wahnsinn. Der war allein schon das Geld wert.

Amazing time at this beautiful home!

Truly an incredible experience. We will be returning!! The location is ideal, the hosts are wonderful, and the view and terrace are a dream. Close walk to the beach (if you don’t mind a little hike back up the hill), and friendly neighbors! You’ll surely enjoy your stay in Lu Bagnu!

Logement tres bien situé, au calme et proche de la plage (10 min à pieds). Tres propre et très bien aménagé. Le gros plus : la terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la campagne et au loin la mer avec le coucher de soleil. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires (qui parlent français)

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schöne große Schlafzimmer, riesiger Balkon und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. In den meisten anderen Urlauben haben wir einige Küchenutensilien kaufen müssen, aber hier ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte. Schöne Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe. Das einzige, was nichts angenehm war, war der hartnäckig verstopfte Abfluss der Dusche. Wir konnten das auch mit 2 Flaschen Rohrreiniger nicht beheben.

Die Wohnung war wie im Internet beschrieben. Super Aussicht und schön ruhig. Abends gemütlich auf der großen Terrasse sitzen und Wein trinken, einfach nur Urlaub. Die Vermieter sprechen gut deutsch und waren sehr nett.

Lovely hosts. Apartment suitable for a small family.

The terrace is the highlight of this property and provided the weather is good and you can make use of it then it doubles the living space. Bedrooms were a good size and the location very peaceful. A good base to explore the north of the island. Our hosts were very nice and communication was much easier than expected. Their English is far better than our Italian!

Sehr schöner Ausblick

Der Meerblick und die Natur hinter dem Haus auf der Terrasse sind herrlich. Der Weg zum Strand fussläufig etwa 10min. In der Wohnung wäre eine Geschirrspülmaschine noch toll. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sprechen Deutsch, was für die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft super war.

Tolle Ferienwohnung/ Perfekter Urlaub

Die toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand des Ortes. Somit hat man Ruhe auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf Landschaft und Wasser. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in fünf Minuten im Ort und am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein schöner Ort als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement correspond à l'annonce. La terrasse est magnifique avec une vue superbe. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et ont fait l'effort de parler français ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme. Il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à Lu bagnu ou Castelsardo et la première plage est à moins de 10 min.
