We tried alternative routes and did not find any and next time we arrived at the roundabout we explained that we were staying overnight and allowed us through. We did not realise that the hotels have a separate parking area with a shuttle cart to take you to the hotel. We had difficulty getting the QR code for the parking from the Hotel but once we got that it was easy enough. This should be highlighted when booking on your site and would make the experience much more relaxed."

"A good hotel with spacious rooms but the actual condition of the hotel is below what is shown in the photo. Not good value for money. The car park is big with space for many cars. However, the hotel should invest in ev charging points as many people now drive EV. I had to drive 5 miles to get my car charged. "
