"Excellent apartment in a central location with easy access to facilities and ski area. The hosts were so helpful answering questions immediately during our stay. They also went to the effort of contacting us about a landslide that had closed a road & would affect our transfer back to the airport (offering us a late check out to help with travel arrangements). "Lorena Cozzi is a very welcoming hostess who contacted us several times before our arrival to ensure she could meet us to escort us to her house. Her introduction to the apartment was thorough and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, with a kitchen, one separate bedroom and another double bed separated from the living area by a curtain. Although we had originally booked for two, we had to give her late notice that we were being joined by my friend's daughter, but this was no problem and...

"Property is lovely, right there by the famous bridge. This rental is run by a company so communication is not great. Somehow I mistakenly put 2 people, not the 4 of us for the 2 bedroom and there was only linens for 2 people and even though it was early afternoon they would not bring us any more. Unfortunately the key is a single key and it fell out of my bag one day, they were very unpleasant to deal with and we had to wait over 3H for a replacement. Would I stay again...location and property...
