"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. "The beach resort is a step up from glamping, nice layout very well maintained gardens, pool is really fabulous and you can walk to the beach we’re you have access to a sunshade umbrella and beach beds. The beach like most in Sardinia is amazing clear water and great snorkelling. The resort is geared towards local tourism, mainly italian coming over with their cars. "The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

There are a few things that could use some upgrading and improvement but nevertheless we had a wonderful 2-week stay at the family apartment with two young children. "The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable. "

"Every morning after 6am rubish track coming, they seperate recycling into 4 different bins. And then the local house next door started his noisy work in the garden at 8am. In the afternoon, the manager always walking around the villas, controling whats going on around, thats not relaxing holiday. They dont help with any tours, or bike rent. "This place was perfect for our couples trip. The apartment was large, very clean and even had a bbq. The balcony is huge and we had an amazing view of the sea. The owner doesn't speak English, but is very nice and friendly and we managed to understand everything. The pool was great and clean as well, if a little chilly. "In the middle of nowhere. Linen and towels are not included and charged at £30 on arrival. This is disgusting and people should be made aware of this before booking! Who takes their own sheets pillowcases and towels on holiday??? Very disappointed! The staff were good and spoke good english but they couldnt wait to finish work at 6pm when the whole hotel closed down and the only place open on the whole complex open was the restaurant which thankfully was very good with good service and food....

"Ottima location spiaggia e paese raggiungibuli a piedi. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Trattasi di sistemazione residence quindi, anche nella sistemazione monocanera per due, non è prevista pulizia quotidiana della camera. Sarebbe auspicabile una zanzariera, almeno nella monocamera, per evitare di dover utlilizzare necessarianente il condizionatore tutta la notte. "
