This is a fantastic opportunity to experience a summer holiday in one of the loveliest villages in Tuscany. Villa Corrado is set just above the medieval walled village of Castiglione. There is a view of the ancient castle from the house and garden.

There are 5 bedrooms in the newly built villa, which is perfect for families or a group of friends.

The villa has also been equipped with a lift and designed with the aim of being comfortable and accessible for wheelchair users.

Downstairs, at the ground level with stair and lift access through the internal garage, there is a large double bedroom with easy access to a bathroom with handrails, a low sink and a wheel-in shower with a seat and rails. There is also a twin room downstairs.

On the first floor there is a main door which leads into a roomy lounge with a 10 seat dining room table. For colder periods there is a cosy open wood fire. The lounge has French doors to the large balcony, which is a feature throughout the villa. The kitchen has easy access to the balcony through a French door.

Also on the first floor there is a lovely master bedroom with French doors leading to its own balcony with views over the pool and the beautiful countryside beyond. There is a double room and a single room which also has a door which goes down to the pool and solarium.

The 12 metre private swimming pool has steps and a lift hoist for people with disabilities. The outdoor pool furniture is of high quality. The pool is cleaned 2x per week (early morning).

The house is also equipped with free fast Wi-Fi, a ping pong table and a BBQ.

Castiglione has a number of bars and shops, and a restaurant all within 300 metres of the villa.

In 2012 Castiglione was voted as one of the nicest villages in Italy. The walled village is strategically situated in the spectacularly scenic area known as the Garfagnana, arguably the most beautiful part of all Tuscany. It is now officially recognised as one of 'Italy's most beautiful villages', and also renowned for it's excellence in music, with many free concerts during the year.
