"E' una casa unica e, contestualizzata, il top. Arrivo: Google Maps è impreciso. Attivati alla meta, ti chiede di svoltare a dx, invece mantenete la stessa sponda e girate dopo 50 m. Agibilità: l'accesso è un po' sconnesso, consigliato a chi ha buone gambe. Casa: è arredata con stile e accuratezza. Non si è lesinato sull'impiantistica che è all'avanguardia. Pompe di calore ok. Wifi ok. Riscaldamento a termosifoni: insufficiente e soprattutto va acceso ben prima: in ingresso 14 gradi. Dotazioni...

"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. "Very nice house! Beautiful big garden, completely private. The house is big with a bit of a strange layout (like two kitchens) but also two bathrooms. The owners welcomed us very friendly.
