"Amazing location, just a short walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Great shopping and eateries near by too. We stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy with other guests coming and going and difficult to sleep with the boiler coming on at night. If you switch off the air conditioning, there is a strong smell of damp that gets into your clothes. Pool is just a small dipping pool - good for kids to play but the picture was misleading to me! I was having connectivity issues with wifi on my phone, so her not being permitted to help me made it stressful. Once the checkin was complete, all was good!"
