The first and only holiday apartment in Abruzzo with exclusive and private use of a jacuzzi, sauna, pool, billiards and table football. The perfect retreat for total relaxation, luxury, comfort and wellness. Surrounded by nature with breathtaking views from the sea to the mountains.

Bellavista Spa consists of a beautiful apartment in a large villa: it has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with bar, billiard table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, and 3 bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for every guest.

Included free of charge:

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment.

Distances: only 30 km from Pescara Airport
and about 20 km from the beautiful beach in Pineto.
Nearby, just 300 metres away, there is a bar serving fresh croissants and excellent cappuccino for breakfast. The supermarket is also within easy walking distance (right next door).

With a capacity for up to 7 people, it is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. The villa has been designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy, combining elegance with functionality.

The following facilities are available on the property for relaxation and enjoyment:

• Sauna for up to 7 people: for a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.
• Large Jacuzzi for up to 7 people: the ideal place to enjoy a glass of Prosecco with a view of the mountains.
• Swimming pool: an oasis of calm with a large lawn and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a large pergola for shade.
All pools and the sauna are for the exclusive and private use of the holiday homes.

Entertainment is also provided:
table tennis, billiards, table football and many other activities in the garden.

Outside, the villa offers a large wooden BBQ grill and a 7-metre-long marble table, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven for preparing delicious pizzas and a gas stove.

There is another apartment in the holiday home, which is occasionally occupied by the landlord himself.
