The view from our room was rather unpleasant looking into what looked like derelict buildings that were actually lived in. Although there are nice parts of Tirano it is quite run down which is probably not helped by the tour companies picking up tourists at the end of the Bernina train line and ferrying them away to other cities instead of them injecting much needed cash into the area"

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."
