"Comfortable apartment overall well maintained. Parking good. Close to Turnberry hotel, 8-10 min walk. Kitchen appliances suited our needs. Heating worked well. Bathroom facilities worked for us. En-suite shower thermostat was temperamental. Visited Culzean, Turnberry hotel for spa and afternoon tea. Local pub/restaurants such as Souter’s, Wildings, Balkenna, Anchorage in Dunure, Saffy’s and Wellingtons in Ayr. Coop in Maybole and Asda in Girvan useful for provisions. "Easy walk into the centre of Ayr. Recommend Ronaldo’s Ice cream shop. Good position for exploring the area, visiting Loch Lomond, Glasgow and the Falkirk wheel all just over an hour away. Some difficulty identifying the parking space but once worked out no issues. The number on the floor plaque does not correlate to the flat number. Good sized flat for our family of 4. Some issues which require a bit of maintenance. For example the windows and doors were very stiff and oven didn’t seem to work...

"Beautiful spacious 2 bed flat. Everything you need for a home away from home. Close to amenities. Very easy to access on arrival. No need to meet someone to get keys. Would recommend. Only thing I would add is to request WiFi password. I couldn’t find it in the book that gives you the information of surrounding area or written down somewhere. Maybe I just couldn’t see it. "

"Great location but my stay was disappointing to say the least. I was the only resident. The hot water in bathroom and kitchen was a trickle and almost non existent. The bedroom TV was inoperable. The worst issue was the shower! It did not work. I had three local friends attempting to operate but it would not turn on. I had to go to a friend’s house to shower. It was frustrating. I emailed owner but they never responded to my complaint. I would have thought they would have checked in to see how...

"This property was very clean. I love having white bedding / towels because you can see that they are clean! There were nice touches - a pint of milk in the fridge, a selection of biscuits. The decor is tasteful and attractive."

" Bedrooms a in need of deep clean as have quite a musky smell. Entry vennel & courtyard in need of clear up and upgrading. Not recommended for children due to incredibly steep staircase"
