Relaxing!

"The thermal pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I was disappointed in the 25-minute massage, which was only 20 minutes and was mostly just applying oil. The buffet dinner was 39 euros per person, but there was a great little bar across the street for an alternative. There is not much else to do in Montegrotto, particularly on a Monday."

Apartment with garden close to Venice Padua Euganean Hills

Good but not great.

"My husband and I stayed for almost six weeks in this apartment, and while it was okay, it wasn't great. Here is a list of my pros and cons. Pros: country feel, reasonably priced, washer and dryer provided, host is hospitable. Cons: bedding was very old and very uncomfortable, all furnishings were also uncomfortable, toilet leaked, shower is very small and does not have a door, so water gets everywhere every time someone showers, dogs bark ALL hours of the night/day, tight quarters around overgrowth so if you leave the windows open, all sorts of bugs get in, far away from any city, the bus only goes to train station once a day."

Marvellous apartment in a house on the canal near Padua and Venice

Lovely Place

"Cute place with loads of Italian charm. Weather was rainy during out trip so couldn't make use of the rooftop deck. Stayed just two days before a cruise out of Ravenna and had a rental car. Not a lot to do directly in the area right around the apartment but was central and close for us to spend a day in Venice and also visit a nearby winery. Short drive to good variety of restaurants."
