"There was construction of a new hotel , banging started at 7:30 Am for the entire stay. I booked a room with 2 beds and there was an error and they said the room was only for 1 person, on check in they said”don’t worry we see you have 2 beds” On check out they charged an additional 200 Euros without prior notification. It is also far from the train station, they have no Hôtel transport so be prepared to spend 150 euro for round trip. It is also 150 euros round trip to downtown Luxembourg ....

The icing on the cake has to be the staff - I have stayed in several high end, boutique hotels in my time, but have never encountered such wonderfully friendly, accommodating and professional staff.
