"Customer service is excellent and service"

Half acre 5 bedroom 4 bath farmhouse. Huge Yard, Arcade, Firepit, Pool Phoenix!!

"The home was very clean. There were snacks that were stocked and drinks that were stocked as well. Coffee was supplied as well as spices and condiments. The decor in the master was a bit strange but was fine. The stove didn’t get as high as it should. Tried frying and the oil couldn’t get hot enough to cook what we were making. I adjusted and made it in the oven, which also took a long time to do. It may be in need of a new stove. But basic things like making eggs for breakfast worked. The home came with coolers and extra table and chairs for big events. There were also 3 refrigerators which comes in very handy when hosting a party. We were not warned when the owner came to the home to do something in the garage which took me by surprise. Someone also came to clean the pool which also took me by surprise as I had children ( young girls) in the home and there are no curtains or blinds. My girls freaked out for a moment but we made sure the doors were locked. A heads up about someone coming to clean the pool, would’ve been great. There were a lot of mosquitos outside by the pool, bringing some repellent will help with that. My girls got bit a lot. Other than that my family enjoyed their time in the home and it was a great location for what we were doing. I absolutely would stay there again!!! The host was also amazing at getting back to me immediately when I had questions."

"The staff? Incredible. Helpful, proactive, and when we left something behind, they made sure to keep it safe. Breakfast was great despite obviously low occupancy while we were there. The low-ish star ratings are because of the age of the property, basically. Everything is outdated, some stuff didn't work or had to be jerry-rigged to get it to work, just everything was pretty outdated - But that's Wyndham's fault, not the staff's. I saw some of the other reviews; Look, if you book a room for $60-$100/night, 1,000ft away from the main freeway in Phx, expect it to be exactly that - a ~$75/night room with free breakfast 1,000ft from a busy freeway. Come on man."

"It's not the Ritz but the room was clean and affordable. It was quiet the night I was there. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I was there for one night with my dog to get some sleep. My AC had gone out in my apartment and I was able to get the much-needed sleep I needed. The rooms need a major update."
