"The room was ok. Check in and check out super smooth, the day time bartender Ky ( younger guy, pretty sure that's his name) he was nice and personable and friendly . However the replacement bartender , older woman was not nice at all. No courtesy or greeting whatsoever. I'm glad I got to close my tab and tip Ky before she came. We were going to stay and spend more but after the looks she was giving us we went down the road and spent elsewhere."

Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush - Albany

"Conveniently located near the highway and a gas station. Breakfast included daily. Coffee is from an automatic dispenser, so not great, but it is plentiful. Good water pressure and soft towels. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the ac/heat in my room and was switched to a new room without too much trouble, even though it was the middle of the night. Grateful for their help with making that happen so quickly."

"If you’re the type of person who is looking for state-of-the-art accommodations for $50 a night, this IS NOT the place for you! However, the room was clean, and so was the bathroom. The sheets were also clean. It was a sufficient stop over to grab some sleep before continuing on the next day. Note: there was this funky BO/foot smell in the hall as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. Luckily, it did not seep into our room."

"We had an enjoyable stay. What really made the difference was the staff at the front desk. I had damaged my car as I was pulling in to the parking lot. We had two cars, both loaded to the tiptop as we were on our way to move my daughter into her college apartment. The one I damaged was not drive-able. Triple A towed it. My son had to drive up from our home and we had to load everything into his car. The staff at the desk was so understanding and patient when I explained my dilemma. So appreciated and so helpful."
