"The hotel needs renovating but it wouldnā€™t take much to get it back to glory . Our room was lovely with a huge window overlooking a really pretty lawn onto the River. The restaurant wasnā€™t operating but the bar staff really accommodating for us to bring take away to it . The breakfast , included , was great and the breakfast chef lovely .Glengarriff is a much better option for cute pubs and cafes but Ouvane Falls was very cheap so Iā€™d recommend for a different experience . "

"Even before we arrived we had had a phone call from Susan regarding arrival time, how to find property, etc. Susan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure every single thing had been taken care of. "As advertised, this property was very close to the sea with most stunning views from the massive sliding lounge doors. The house is calm and quiet and is comfortably furnished. Its eco-friendly credentials are amazing. Housekeeper Angela welcomed us to the property and answered any questions promptly. We had 6 lovely days there which included a visit to Cork and numerous visits to beautiful Clonakilty."
