"Our fridge was broken when we arrived but when I asked to fix it they solve it in less than one hour. Workers are so gently. Prize was the most expensive in full holidays, and location was far from the center of town, where the prices were more expensive. Garbage cans were not well identified, so after the end of day it was impossible to know where to throw the garbage. In general is a good place to be during vacations. Piscine is salt water and Aquagym monitor was so funny. "

"Warm welcome with iced coffee and almond milk, and a very helpful orientation to the city. Excellent walkable location to Leuca. On-site parking. Your own private terrace and you can hand wash and hang your laundry if needed. Silvana and Mrs. Concetta took very good care of us. Thank you."

"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
