Nice comfortable stay - hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a 2nd floor sea front balconey room during a gale and were thankful the windows withstood the winds and rain. Room was big and comfortable. We had a nice visit.

Disappointing

Disappointing. We were looking forward to a relaxing break during our travels. Too many issues added up to spoil the stay. Window shutter was stuck half closed so couldn't fully enjoy the view nor block out the hot sun. Minibar wouldn't cool. Internet did not work in the room. Couldn't swim in the pool without a bathing cap (something to do with hair affecting chlorine levels. Body hair not an issue though). Hotel is not really set up for foreign guests. No facilities in the room. Certainly only a 3 star hotel at best. Not great value for money. Good location was the only good point.

Seaside hotel close to Rome airport

Nice hotel on the waterfront and near the Rome airport. Good restaurant. Great view over the harbor and out to sea. Easy parking. 10 minutes from car return at airport.

Very convenient location to take a swim only few steps out of the door. There is not free parking. I suggest downloading the app EASYPARK, because the machines on the street are not phone or credit card friendly!

Dreadful place

Staff not helpful or interested in how our stay was. Food dreadful coffee awful. Room made of cardboard noise comfort and cleanliness all poor. Stay away!!!

For a 4 star hotel it was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. The fruit was rotten and they were always out of milk for the coffee or hot water in the machine for the tea. The crusty buns weren't fresh and there was only one type of ham and cheese. The eggs were cold and watery. The rooms were beautiful however very loud when other guests were coming and going. You could hear conversation and TV noise from other rooms. The pool was closed and instead of having a nice sitting area for guests to use everything was off limits. I wouldn't stay again.

Endroit très bien situé face à la mer - accès facile - plage bien entretenue. Piscine très belle - jeux appréciés des jeunes. Le boardwalk superbe pour la marche et voir les couchers de soleil. Une vraie station balnéaire. Chambre très propre - la salle de bains a besoin d’amour - les portes de douche brisées et à peine fonctionnelles. Un renouveau s’impose. Les vitres des couloirs sont soit sales, soit défectueuses. On voyait à peine à travers. L’internet dans notre chambre très déficient pendant nos 3 nuits malgré nos doléances. Le café dans la salle à manger servi par des grosses machines qui ont fait défaut - loin du statut du bon café italien. Le buffet était très adéquat. L’homme des omelettes efficace et professionnel - très serviable. Stationnement facile autour de l’hôtel.
