"We consider the price we paid for our stay in the apartment to be unreasonable given the overall standard of the property. The condition and maintenance, cleanliness, and general atmosphere were significantly below what we expected for the price. In particular, the persistent smell of mould made the atmosphere unpleasant and negatively affected our stay."

It took him a while for him to even reply to our messages. While we were there without knowing what to do we almost got a ticket from police for being stopped with the car in the surroundings. While we were there it all looked very dated and dirty from the outside and even the next door bar and...
