"The chalet is located in a smalll hamlet, at the end of a stony road. It is well equipped and had all we needed for our short stay. It is full of 'souvenirs', objects, books, pictures, which gives it a very homelike feeling. We enjoyed the outside terrace with its table and bbq, as well as the outside sofa. "The house is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood on a narrow cobblestone street. We spent most of our time on the patio which is beautifully landscaped with succulents and flowering plants. João, the host, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. You definitely need a car to get around. If you want a quiet getaway this is the place!"

"It’s a beautiful place and very clean. We loved EVERYTHING except for the roads and steps. It’s hard to find. Parking is tight with lots of steps to get in and around the house. It’s a great view though! "

The was some excellent hiking nearby. We could have used trash bins in the bathrooms. We would have appreciated a notebook with recommendations about restauants and things to do"
