"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough"

"Really enjoyed are 2 nights staying here, a beautiful looking building,
The only downside which others have mentioned is the noise from the trains outside, but we’re from London and used to noise so wasn’t a big deal to us,
Staff are friendly and helpful, if in the area would look at staying again"
