Deco style apartment with double terrace

An elegantly renovated apartment in a building from the 1900s in the heart of historic Catania. The area is that of the Ursino medieval fortress, built by Frederick II who faced the sea and protected the city.

On the first and only floor of the building, this apartment maintains some traditional elements such as the decorated concrete floor and the vault in the bedroom. The interiors have been created directly by the owner and give us a perfect mix of ancient and modern.

The apartment can accommodate a total of four people. There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room. An equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two terraces complete the whole and offer a unique experience.

The kitchen is full of accessories, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. They are equipped with: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, microwave, fridge with freezer, gas oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.
