Loft in the center of Catania for 2 + 2 people

The apartment is located in a central area, just behind Via Etnea (the main street of the city) a few meters from Piazza Cavour.

In 2011 my wife and I renovated and transformed an old house (early '900) in a modern and functional loft. The style is contemporary but we tried to keep the room warm and cozy. An original floor of the beginning of the '900 and a little table are perfectly matched with a mezzanine made with bare beams.

The bedroom is located right on the mezzanine and overlooks the living area.
The sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed (a square and a half) to accommodate 2 more people and you can also add another bed for a fifth guest to be placed in the living area.

The kitchen has hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, complete with kitchen equipment.

The small bathroom with wc, bidet and wash basin also has a large shower and comfortable.

Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and heating.

The location is strategical, adjacent to the center of Catania, with public services such as metro and bus strolls a few steps away.

Nearby you can find bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, post office.

I will personally handing over the keys and the presentation of the apartment.

Pets considered long term, not just smoking, no pets, non-accessible for wheelchairs.
