This property should be remove from any travel site is worst than a motel. Unsafe dirty I stayed 1 hour and had enough. Lost the money I paid for two room and did not care, my family was not going to be safe.

Staff were not helpful. The hot water was turned off. We had to ask them to turn off the hot water tank serving the two rooms we had booked. After a week of travelling we had dirty clothes needing to be laundered. The receptionist said the laundry would be ready the afternoon the day after we arrive. But when we returned the next afternoon the laundry had not be sent out. As for amenities and condition of the room. The shower was dirty and did not drain properly. The hotel has closed is bar and restaurant, although it is too far to walk into town for a meal, The taxi service recommended by the hotel was very slow. What a lousy hotel!

El lugar es bonito pero el servicio es terrible. Los cuartos viejos y maltratados. No nos quisieron servir desayuno porque había un grupo. En general pésimo todo. No lo recomiendo.

El hotel le hace falta mantenimiento, limpieza regular, de las 3 habitaciones 1 de ellas no servía. En la noche quisimos comprar y no había nadie en recepción. El temazcal y masaje muy bien, se cobra aparte.

Estacionamiento, limpieza todo bien

Mi unica petición fue facilidades acceso handicap en silla de ruedas, ayudaria que el baño las tuviera, ya que es muy angosto y no cabe una silla de ruedas y en el caso de handicaps el area de regadera favor de manejarla unicamente con cortina.
