The guests can enjoy the entire property in a family-like manner. However, it is a quiet residential street with neighbours on both sides. To be respectful to the neighbours guests are required to keep the quiet hours between 9pm and 8am and pre-agree any visiting adults with the host & any gatherings outside, such as BBQ.

Where you’ll be
Whyteleafe Road is a sought-after road with local shops and restaurants on the Godstone Road and Caterham-on-the-Hill and close proximity to train stations. Surrounding Caterham is the Surrey Hills with walks over the North Downs and open countryside. Local attractions range from Godstone Farm & gold courses and to numerous country pubs and woodlands for walks.
