"Chateau Cavanac has the most beautiful pool i have ever experienced. The food was very good but you had to have 3 courses for dinner which you can do for a couple of days but after that we would have gone out to eat dinner. "This is a nicely appointed little apartment with great amenities and very easy access to the medieval city of Carcassone. It does have a moisture problem which is a concern if you have respiratory issues. We enjoyed the access to the old city and the easy access to many dining options, but would be hesitant to return because of the moisture issues."
