Enjoyed our stay

Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year

Perfect!

Location was a very good location with plenty of things to do and go, but surrounded with very nice scenery. The rental was very accommodating and clean. I will definitely recommend and will use in future trips

What a beautiful hidden gem

What a great place. Private yet a block from the action. The main street is close as is all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The complex itself is so quiet and feels removed. Both the master suites were fantastic. Especially the upstairs. Multiple balconies and beautiful views. Perfect for 2 couples sharing a place. I really recommend this place.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay here. The condo was much bigger than anticipated. We especially liked the large, open bathrooms. There was plenty of space to get ready to go out for your day. The backyard was a nice feature too, since we took our small dog. The beds were comfy and the place was really clean. The air conditioning worked so well that we got chilly. We didn’t get to use the pool, as it was 119 degrees and we didn’t want to be outside! The area looked inviting though. Communication with our host was a breeze. If you’re going to stay in the area during summer… don’t! The bugs were yucky and the heat was too much. Thank goodness we had a cool, comfortable place to relax and chill out! 5 Stars!

Our Go-to

This is the second time we've stayed on this property and when we go back to Cathedral City we'll hope to stay there again. Our unit was very nice, clean and quiet. The pool is wonderful. Its also well located, close to Targets and Trader Joes. Can't wait to go back!

Cathedral City Condo

Great place to stay. Quiet and nice and roomy. Great communication with owner. Close to palm springs downtown, malls and shopping and golf courses. Also close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiiful Space

This place was perfect for our stay. It had a small private yard for my dog and was the perfect size for us. Love the fact that both rooms are masters. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for Privacy

Stayed here with a friend for weddings that was nearby. (Within walking distance) Because of this, we didn't have a car, but it was quick Ubers to downtown Palm Springs and groceries were a quick walk to Target or Trader Joe's. The condo was big, with two master suites on two levels of the house. The neighborhood was quiet, but not far removed from the action. We enjoyed our stay here in Catherdral City.

Great condo, really great location!

This condo was set in a good location with easy access to groceries, restaurants, department store and places to walk to. It is also close to Boomers if you have children with you. The condo itself, is good, 2 really big suites with large bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you could need and the furniture in the front room is comfortable. The condo had a drip coffee maker, hair dryers, beach towels, extra coffee, garbage bags and shampoo, if you needed. Will and his Dad dealt with an issue that came up in a quick and timely manner. We’re very considerate of our valuable vacation time and compensated us for that time. Thank you for being great hosts.

Perfect location!!!

We had a fantastic time at the Villa Mykanos! The property owners couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. The space was perfect for two couples, it helped that there were two master bedrooms. We enjoyed the other tenants at the pool, and just walking around. I think this is an ideal spot for people that are not partiers and raging every night, it’s really peaceful and relaxing. Everyone seemed to have the same mindset of R&R. Trader Joe’s, Vons, Starbucks, and target were all very close by… Walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Will!! Paige

A sweet sanctuary

Will was a very congenial & responsive host. We cooked, we rested, we did laundry, we enjoyed the complex. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. Great! Location.

5-Star Stay

Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped condo in small condo development. Pluses include nearby shopping (Trader Joe's, Target, numerous restaurants) but off-street location so very quiet, two private patios, one adjacent to second-floor bedroom, spacious bedrooms, high ceilings, gas fireplace. Owner-manager very responsive and accommodating.

Relaxing stay in Cathedral City condo

This property was newly listed as it had been a timeshare until recently. The unit we stayed in was very similar to though not exactly like what was pictured in the photos on this site. It was a very spacious two story unit, one bedroom up and one down, each with large, well appointed bathrooms. Nicely furnished and the kitchen had all the essentials. There is a garage space for each unit though it's separate and not directly connected to the living space. There are also other outdoor parking spaces that we found more convenient to use. The swimming pool was not heated but a nice temperature in mid October. The management gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gratuity. The manager, Will, was onsite and very helpful, quickly responding to all our inquiries. We liked the location, no traffic noise though some from the aircraft landing or departing from the PSP airport. Overall we were very satisfied with the property and with the communication with the manager. Highly recommend!
