Most guests were Polish. While somevof the staff were very polite and helpful many on the weekend were rude and polite only with the Polski, Ukranian guests. Carpet in the hallwaywas old and should be replaced by wood, tile or any other modern material. Should hire more professiinsl staff & not just stidents who can speak English!"

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."
