"The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Ovo Hydro Arena, about a 29-minute walk to the city center. It offers a pleasant sauna, and there are many restaurants and museums nearby. The hotel is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is adequate for this type of hotel, and it's very clean. The rooms are also clean. My only complaint was the sofa bed, which was impossible to sleep on. I removed the mattress and placed it on the floor; it was much better. The hotel also has a handicapped-accessible bathroom. If you take a shower, water will be everywhere, even under the toilet. Although we didn't actually spray water, the tiles simply don't slope enough to drain the water. I recommend asking for a mop. Despite these minor inconveniences, I recommend the hotel."

"Lovely toiletries. Great breakfast but not enough tables for all the guests when i went. Hotel is like luxury student accomodation. Not really my vibe but an interesting place to stay a couple of nights."

"Room was bright and clean, tea and. Offer facilities available Bathroom had bath and shower , plenty towels , only thing that let it down was huge crack in wash hand basin. Breakfast had plenty of choice from cereals,fruit ,cooked breakfast items available Staff that I met were friendly and helpful "

"We had a group of ten in four rooms and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful as we were not from Glasgow. The hotel is one street away from every possible restaurant, pub, and coffee shop. Very walkable, close to a big park, near the university. Highly recommend this spot."

"Hotel is very run down and in urgent need of an upgrade. Very disappointed overall, particularly as have stayed at other Leonardo hotels and they were great (hence why we booked this one). All staff were very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame that they have to work in an environment that is so run down. Upon complaining about general state of facilities we did receive a 50% refund, so big thanks to the manager for his understanding. The Leonardo chain should be ashamed that one of its hotels is in such a bad state."

"It is an old building, so keep that in mind. When you use the shower it is hard to keep the water contained to the bath so I think there may be a little water damage or mold in floor boards from that. But other than that it is a beautiful location, quiet area for the city, helpful staff, and large, LARGE spacious rooms. Overall a good stay but I think there was mold or just dust because my allergies kicked in really bad in this room."

"Wonderful flat in the West End with such great character. Loved staying here, enjoying the comfortable sitting area and views out across the city. Wonderful host supplied coffee of all kinds and some sweet treats too. Quiet, comfortable and great location.Better be fit to make it up 3 flights of stairs!"

"Lovely little hotel at a great price. Location perfect for what I was doing. Short walk to the underground, shops, botanical gardens and a few nice pubs. Would definitely stay there again"
