"I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. "Inexpensive basic inn only ideal for few hours of stay. Place is dirty with molds and some traces of stains in the bathroom. You will not have a goodnight sleep here as you will hear loud noises from neighboring rooms, banging on doors. Unreliable WiFi. Not bad if you just need a place to stay for fee hours before your flight and if you are lucky that no other guests are loud during your stay. "

"The hotel was in the middle of a land dispute, so the entrance was a building site with armed guards and corrugated iron fencing. Access to the hotel was a dangerous dirt track. I fell and injured my wrist. We had requested twin beds in advance and were given doubles. They even failed to change them to twin beds when I asked on day 1. "All staff members were courteous and polite, everyone is willing to help and always ready to provide service. Cleaning our room spot on and they go above and beyond with extra touch of decor and dessert treats every night. Special mention to Kent not sure if i have the right name but he is the security at front beach… who does not only stand but does more than security making sure all the guest are welcome and picking up trash helping other co workers. I will definitely recommend discovery boracay to my friends from USA"
