I found the fact they expect the paying guest to check the room odd I have never gone into a hotel room with a check list before and never will these thing should be checked by housekeepers not the guest. Should we have gone to the night reception and complained yes but we were already changed when we discovered the problems. As for this being a four star hotel I hear stayed in better 2 or 3 stars this is no way a 4 star. This hotel should be removed from your site as I feel it is mis- represented Even the bed sheets had holes in it "
