Wilson,
I recently stayed at your Fairfield Inn from 14-16 April. When I arrived Chris greeted me. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He quickly welcomed me and let me know about the hotel. He did so with a warm smile and genuine concern that I enjoy my stay. I felt we were off to a good start. When I go to my room it was clean and ready to use. A little background, I had spent the previous two nights in a Hilton inn downtown Tulsa. They had terrible water pressure and parking...

When you arrive the check-in/parking a bit confusing as is the upstairs check-in (like Europe). A little more signage would help. The staff way above average and the rooms were nice. A little noisy early in evening but that can be expected in downtown area.

It was a beautiful hotel. We didn’t get to check in until really late but didn’t actually get to our room until early morning. When we did it was a king bed instead of 2 beds so we called down. When we told the lady at the front desk she said OK! Like oh well. She brought us up a new room key and acted really put out with us! Overall the rooms were really nice
and the lady at the front desk the next day was very friendly and very helpful.

I had never stayed at a Homewood before. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left - the people were awesome and the room and amenities were incredible. Full kitchen, Milano cookies in the room - FREE, free dinner with wine & beer, a body size pillow in addition to one to rest my head on. Incredible experience. I will be shopping on-line for a Homewood Suite every time I travel.
