Villa was exceptionally clean with beach towels, and bath towels, all good quality 👌 description of villa was accurate as seen in photo's. "The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly...

"With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim"

"La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...
