The stay was awful, it was dirty and disgusting it smelt like mold, there were bugs and mice everywhere

Friendly easy checkin. Room clean and warm. It was 3 below so coming in to heat was a wonderful thing. Only downside- have to walk across parking lot to gas station for coffee. Wish it could be made in the room.

One night serviceable stay

A perfectly serviceable motel. Not exceptional. Not the worst. The door frames were dirty and there were water stains on the ceilings and dust in the bathroom fan. But the beds and carpets were clean. And bed was pretty comfortable too.

Not what it appears to be

The place seems like a halfway house. I would not recommend this for anybody. Guy in office qas very kind, however place qas dirty, looks like ppl live there year round. Someone was taking how they had dss drop off a parolie over night and qhat he was supposed to do with them..... hotels.com should take this place off there lists.

Not maintained in good order. Dirty carpet, mold in shower, sink faucet handle came off. Internet is unreliable. No coffee or ice found. Door lock hard to open, seems insecure (no second lock).

Regretably, a dump. DIY bathroom marble surround - they went cheap and did not complete the work, there were unfinished edges throughout, with underlayment visible through the poorly-applied sealant. Some faux-marble panels still had pencil marks on them from the (still incomplete) install. FILTH on the floor where the mop in use pushed the filth underneath the baseboard heaters, and the tops of all the baseboard heaters had several years accumulation of FILTH. Garage sale furnishing throughout, scarred dinged and in poor condition. Walls likewise had ample evidence of many, many luggage collisions over the years.

There was no one in the office when we arrived. Had to call number taped to door. Employee cam came over and struggled with the card machine. I needed to help him with buttons to push. He was very friendly and helpful. Gave us key to room and when I opened door, room smelled strongly of smoke and only had 1 bed. I had booked a 2 bed room as I was traveling with my daughter. Employee was able to move us to another room with two beds. This one smelt better but could still smell smoke. Bathroom had good water pressure but there were numerous hairs on the shower wall and soap scum. Way over-priced for a motel that was smelly and marginally clean. Would not stay again or recommend.

The room smelled of smoke- even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. It was bad enough that I had a hard time sleeping. The bedspreads need to be discarded and replaced. If it had a good cleaning, it would have been a decent stay.
