"This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. "Great hotel , modern , great working spa facilities. If there was any comment maybe on weekends breakfast could be extended until 10.30 ? Just in spa for an hour , time you are out and changed it left no time for breakfast"

"Even though the room was very warm I still had an amazing time. Previously when we have been to Weymouth for a short break we stay at the Premier Inn. This was definitely alot better, and the staff so much friendlier and I could open the window alot wider, so during the evening and night you could hear the waves crashing onto the shore. Just cross the road and you're on the beach. Its within walking distance to the shops. We stayed for 3 nights so ate there in the evening. I can recommend the rack of ribs, but all of the food was amazing, and reasonably priced. There's alot going on each evening, as well as during the day. Already thinking about booking for next year again."

"Wasn’t disappointed, booked this as it had good reviews and all I can say is they are all true. Staff are so friendly it was lovely. Room had everything that you could need. We had a room overlooking the car park. (Plenty of free parking for residents) We could hear the road, however, we had the window open as we were very warm and it wasn’t busy overnight. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and plenty of it. We didn’t eat in the evening, however if breakfast is anything to go by we will be on our next stay.All in all, we will be going back. Due to location we could walk to the hospital (which is why we chose this) also walking distance to the main town - even though it is up and down a few hills but a pleasant walk."
